The journey of the Amaru Route

The Path of Water from Cusco to the Amazon Rainforest

Commencing in the mystical city of Cusco, situated in the Huatanay River valley in the southern highlands of Peru. In Quechua, Cusco's name, Qosqo, translates to "navel" or figuratively as "center" or "meeting point". It was from Cusco, once the capital of the Inca Empire or Tawuantinsuyu, that an extensive network of roads (the Inca Trail) originated, leading towards the four Suyos or regions, representing the four parts of the universe in the Andean worldview.

The Incas revered Cusco as the "Home of the Gods," making it undeniably the most captivating, magical, and mystic city in the Andes.

Founded by Manco Qhápaq and Mama Oqllo, children of the Sun God who departed from Lake Titicaca with the mission of discovering a site to serve as the center of a grand kingdom.

Typically, tourists seek entertainment, pleasure, beauty, etc., dedicating their lives to visiting archaeological sites, often solely for the sake of taking photos. Kawsay Pacha Experience stands out by integrating Archeo-Anthropology to understand the location and its peculiarities. It taps into humanity's most significant aspect: our DIVINE impulse propelling us towards personal growth.

We offer an infinite array of shapes, rhythms, rituals, and experiences. To comprehend ourselves by finding your vital energy, restoring your balance, awakening your consciousness, accepting yourself, knowing yourself, and nurturing the immaterial essence of your being.

A path typically denotes a route, an entrance guiding us from one place to another. The enchantment of Kawsay Pacha Experience transforms paths and routes into a journey taking you from one emotional state to another, from one level of awareness to the next... an elevated consciousness, gaining insights along the way, and developing a mindset to navigate life's circumstances.

We aspire for your experience to transcend a mere tourist visit. Our aim is to provide you with a lifelong journey of connection with PACHAMAMA and the APUS, becoming part of a unique and distinct ancestral experience; forming deep spiritual interconnection, BETWEEN HUMAN AND EARTH, HUMAN WITH ENERGY. OUR GUIDES AND SHAMANS EXCLUSIVELY FROM THE Q'EROS COMMUNITY:

The residents of the Q'ero Nation are considered the last Incas. Ayllu, the Cultural Reserve, the place of the chosen ones, has been declared a Cultural Heritage of Peru. One of the Andean Communities in the region that still honors ancestral customs in their way of life and in the techniques used in traditional agriculture, textiles, and Andean spirituality.

In this sense, the Q'eros practice Andean rituals daily, interacting with Pachamama and the Apus, and embarking on pilgrimages to sacred mountains such as Ausangate, Q'oyllurritty, Huamanlipa, while living harmoniously with the natural elements.

A strength of the Q'eros community lies in spirituality and traditional textile art, preserving their unique iconography, fabrics made with natural dyes, the most famous of which are "Pallay ch'uncho," "Inti pallay," and "Q’ochas," among others.

GUIDE NICOLAS PAUCCAR:

Nicolás Pauccar, known as the young master, a walking museum of the Q'eros community currently residing in Cusco, Peru, is a renowned shaman, international speaker, healer, and Andes oracle, an Andes-Q'ero priest belonging to the lineage of Misayoq or Paq`una, Guardian of the Earth. Son of Sebastian Pauccar Flores, representative in Cusco of Ayni Global, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving indigenous culture and wisdom. Leader of his community for social management with national and international organizations. Advocate for ancestral and indigenous cultures. He has had encounters with various cultures and leaders, such as Ollanta Humala, President of Peru, and the President of Bolivia, Evo Morales. Nicolas is also the main character of the film HUMAN, author of the book "Thus Speaks a Q’ero."
